Synthesis and Formulation
Mono1 is a light-driven printer that uses a 405 nm light to convert liquid resin into solid objects. Mono1 uses a projected light source (projector) to cure the entire layer at once.
Specifications:
- Print technology: DLP
- Projected image: 1280 x 800 px
- Pixel resolution (XY): 25 – 25 µm
- Excitation wavelength: 405 nm
- Print speed: 25.4 mm/hour (varies with resin and layer thickness)
- Z-precision (motor-driven): 25 µm
- Max build volume: 96 X 56 X 130 mm (700 mL)
