Lubi Lenaburg

Biography

Lubi Lenaburg is the Evaluation and Assessment Program Manager at the Center for Science and Engineering Partnerships. She has been collaborating with scientists, engineers, and STEM education staff at UCSB and beyond to design formative and summative evaluation plans for assessing the progress of research centers, education and professional development of trainees, and broader impact initiatives since 2004. She has developed strategic protocols for tracking current and former participants to determine academic and career choices post-participation and to evaluate long and short-term impacts and outcomes of projects.
